Creating terms and conditions for your digital agency is important to set clear expectations with your clients. Below is a general template for the terms and conditions. You may need to tailor it further to fit your specific services and legal requirements:

  1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Advent SA. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  2. Services Provided
    Advent SA offers a range of digital services, including but not limited to Web Design, Business Branding, SEO Services, Content Creation, and Online Marketing Solutions. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.

  3. Payment Terms
    Payment terms will be defined in the service agreement or invoice provided. Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. For online marketing services, payment is subject to a 6-month contract and will be charged through online subscriptions. Payments will be processed automatically on the subscription renewal date each month. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Missed subscription payments can be rescheduled for later dates upon mutual agreement.

  4. No Refund Policy
    Advent SA maintains a no-refund policy. Once payment is made for any service, it is non-refundable, including in cases of early termination of a contract or subscription. This policy also applies to website and branding services, including deposits.

  5. Standard Domain Hosting and Management Fee
    Advent SA charges a standard fee for domain hosting and management. This fee includes domain registration, annual renewals, basic technical support, and DNS management. If the monthly domain hosting and management fees are not paid within five (5) days of the due date, the account will be suspended. A reconnection fee will be payable before the account can be reinstated.

  6. Project Timelines
    Estimated timelines will be provided for each project. While Advent SA will make every effort to meet deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly.

  7. Revisions and Changes
    Client-requested revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional costs and may impact delivery timelines. All such requests must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

  8. Intellectual Property
    Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client. Advent SA reserves the right to display the work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

  9. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to keep any confidential information disclosed during the project private and not to disclose it to any third party without written consent.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    Advent SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.

  11. Termination
    Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date. For subscription-based services, the client will remain liable for the full contract period (6 months) even if services are terminated early.

  12. Acceptance
    By engaging with Advent SA for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  13. Amendments
    Advent SA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
