Advent Agency SA Pty Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Advent Agency SA Pty Ltd, trading as Advent Agency. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
   Advent Agency offers a range of services, including but not limited to web design, business branding, SEO services, social media management, email hosting, and future services as introduced. Detailed descriptions and specific terms for each service will be provided in separate agreements.

3. Payment Terms

   • All invoices are due for 100% payment upon issuance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   • No refunds will be issued except as explicitly stated in the service agreement.

   • Subscription payments are billed monthly in advance, with billing cycles running from the 25th to the last day of each month.

   • Non-payment for hosting and management services may result in partial suspension after two months and full suspension after three months.

   • Our billing system is automated, and EFT payments are accepted for specific products.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

   • Advent Agency is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client information.

   • We comply with applicable data protection laws and handle all personal data with the utmost care.

   • Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

   • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the conditions outlined in the specific service agreement.

   • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the terms set forth in the agreement.

6. General Provisions

   • Advent Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

   • All updates will be communicated to clients in advance.
